1. The compressor won’t Start

2.  Lack of Air Pressure

5. Water in the Tank

To properly drain condensate, most compressors feature a drain valve; refer to your handbook for instructions. Lying down might also be an option if you want to get the name out of the compressed air. 

6. The compressor is not building enough pressure. 

When pressure builds up over a certain threshold, a safety feature called a pressure relief valve releases the pressure. On the other hand, a malfunctioning valve may keep the compressor from operating at its maximum pressure tolerance. Get someone to explain the installation’s falsehoods if you have a message regarding a pressure relief valve that isn’t working properly. 

7. The compressor won’t shut off. 

The compressor’s on and off cycles are managed by the pressure switch. An intermittent compressor may be the result of a malfunctioning switch. To ensure proper diagnosis and installation, get expert assistance if you suspect a defective pressure switch. 

8. The compressor Runs Erratically

9. Low Airflow 

After the compressor unloads from the compressed air pump and achieves its cut-off pressure, the anode valve opens. A malfunctioning unloader valve may impede the passage of air. 10. Excessive Oil Consumption
